Amit Dey, Appnit Technologies is actively involved in devising strategy and giving direction in scaling up & building a sustainable long-term business model He is an Electrical Engineer by profession and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta As Managing Director – India and South Asia for General Mobile Corporation, a Taipei HQed company in the domain of SW & Applications for mobile devices, Amit leads all OEM, App partner and Telco relationships

Nvneet Sharma

Nvneet is an engineer with post grad in International business from IIFT delhi. & IIM-A. An expert to build business in Retail, wholesale GT/MT distribution chains Telecom, Textiles & FMCG industries. He brings with him the process driven approach, while working with brands like Airtel, Tata, Cavinkare and VLCC for over 20 years.

Mr. Jatinder Bhasin

Director

Jatinder Bhasin oversees the Operations and Internal Audit for DMI Finance. With over twenty five years of finance and operations experience, Jatinder has an extensive background in strategic planning, general management, corporate finance, controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, operations, and risk management. Jatinder joined DMI Finance as Chief Financial Officer in 2017 and moved to the Chief Operating Officer role in 2020. Prior to joining DMI, Jatinder spent over 18 years with General Electric, where he was richly exposed to several businesses (Capital, Global Operations, Energy, Lighting) in different stages of growth cycle in both developed & emerging economies across US, Europe, and Asia. Amongst many roles, Jatinder was the Chief Financial Officer for their Money Servicing business (with operations in India, Philippines, and Guatemala) and was also heading senior project management role for Global Operations across Asia Pacific. Jatinder graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in India, before completing MBA (Finance) and MS (Operations Management) from the US. He is also a graduate of GE’s prestigious Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management Programs.

Mr. Arindam Das

Director

Mr. Arindam Das is the CEO of Consumer and MSME Finance at DMI Finance. With over two decades of experience in Indian and global financial services, he has worked with leading institutions such as Citigroup, Capital First (now IDFC First Bank), and IIFL Finance. At Citigroup, he led the Special Care Division for Citifinancial, successfully turning around non-performing lending branches across India. At Capital First, he was part of the founding team for Retail Loans, heading Gold Loans and Loan Against Property (Small Ticket Lending). Arindam also had an entrepreneurial stint as Co-Founder of an on-demand local services marketplace. At DMI, he is an active member of the Investment Committee for its Venture Capital arm and engages with industry bodies such as IAMAI (FCC) and Sahamati (Account Aggregator). In addition to his corporate role, he is an angel investor and advisor, mentoring startups and students from his alma mater. Arindam holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from K J Somaiya, Mumbai.

Ms. Shivi Mohan Rastogi

Director

Ms. Rastogi has extensive experience of close to two decades in corporate and commercial laws. As the founding partner, she has worked on several debt and corporate finance mandates of the firm,
which had been the firm’s mainstay practice for several years. Recently, extending her experience on lending transactions and her multidisciplinary exposure, Ms. Rastogi is now also working with the firm’s Fintech team to build this fast-growing practice within the firm. Ms. Rastogi has worked with several clients on an array of matters, and they often rely on her as a proxy general counsel to
provide simple, elegant, and out of the box solutions for their complex legal issues. Ms. Rastogi’s legal acumen has also been recognized and recommended by leading global
publications including IFLR, Legal 500, IBLJ among others. Ms. Rastogi brings to the Board her legal knowledge and experience which is expected to support the Company as it expands its business and navigates the evolving regulatory framework.
